The starting point

PROJECTS takes the learning approach behind Fieldwork into a company workspace. The focus shifts from general familiarity to the scope, records, and decisions behind an assigned project.

Who it serves

Employees learning the company projects assigned to them.

My contribution

Product and learning concept, project-content structure, question review, user experience direction, and iteration. AI tools assisted implementation.

The design decision

Learners choose a project before practice begins. A project fieldbook, source-linked questions, and personal progress keep the learning tied to its context. Text resizing, reduced motion, color options, and on-device read-aloud give learners several ways to use the material.

What this demonstrates

These are captures from the running local application. Project records, staff details, and company identifiers are omitted from the crops. The app is a working foundation, not a completed commercial rollout, and no adoption or performance results are claimed.
