Visual summary of the design; the material below shows the work itself.
The starting point
The corporate textbook and Academy specification bring the individual lessons into one program: what people learn, how they practice, how mentors review work, and how responsibility can grow.
Who it serves
New hires, project coordinators, project managers, and the mentors supporting them.
My contribution
Program proposal, curriculum architecture, onboarding progression, assessments, reference materials, and leadership discussion.
The design decision
Each lesson moves from a realistic problem through explanation, demonstration, practice, feedback, and application. A proposed 30/60/90-day progression moves from foundations to guided practice and controlled ownership.
What this demonstrates
The 103-page v1.7 specification includes curriculum structure, lesson architecture, simulations, job aids, readiness checks, mentoring, a glossary, and answer keys. The two-page portfolio extract condenses selected sections and removes employer identifiers. It describes the proposed program rather than an organization-wide launch.
